Finding your data just got easier

We’ve listened to customer feedback following the release of our improved filters panel and while many loved them 😍 it was a significant change to how our previous filters worked. As a result we wanted to take filtering to the next level and it's why we are thrilled to announce that we have added support for customers to initiate filtering from the column headers - fully supported in spreadsheet, split and timeline views.

It was incredibly important that this new way of filtering data was both easily accessible but worked in parallel with our more advanced filtering capabilities. Any applied filters will automatically be applied in both the column and the filters panel and when they become complex you can quickly transition to the filters panel to apply more complex operators and conjunctions.

Review video content in greater detail

When reviewing any content within our online proofing tool customers are often looking for how they can add precise and clear annotations to ensure any required amends can be quickly applied without delay, hence avoiding excessive revisions. 

To date this has not always been easy when reviewing video content. This is about to change. We have extended our online video proofing to allow customers to add a comment to a section of the video and then define a specific time range in which the comment applies by dragging the handles to define a start and endpoint.

Encodify and Remake, a unique tech platform offering original and simple content versioning have joined forces to allow retailers and omni-channel agencies to meet the growing consumer demand for more content.

This partnership will provide a unique opportunity to remove the need for specialised templates and allow for the creative concepts and assets produced by your creative and production teams to be generated at scale.

 

Once you have produced your creative concepts in Photoshop or After Effects upload them directly to Remake and defined which layers should be dynamic, such as text, prices, images, complete scene, audio.

Sync them to Encodify and connect them to content within your DAM or PIM - reducing delays and siloed data. 

Generate all media versions quickly through the simplified Creative Automation Studio and align the workflow and approvals with your normal processes.

Send messages to third-party messaging tools

Keeping your internal or external stakeholders informed as the work progresses has never been more important particularly with more of the workforce now frequently working from home. There is no guarantee that they are monitoring emails and monitoring progress manually can be incredibly time-consuming which can often lead to delays. 

We have added a new pre-built integrations to Slack which will extend the notification automation rule with the possibility for citizen developers to define which notifications should be sent from your Encodify platform to the relevant third-party messaging tool either directly to a specified contact or to a dedicated channel.
